Conveyor Vent Seal®

The conveyor vent seal has been designed to restrict the ventilation airflow in the conveyor belt level along the haulage over the belt.

 

The key factors are:

  • To reduce contaminated air through the belt level.

  • Reduces ventilation flow along the conveyor belt up to 95%

  • Manufactured from steel fitted around the belt, it fulfills its sealing function, while still being able to handle ore moving on the belt.

  • The added airflow restricting banks increases the resistance of airflow at the belt level.

  • The flexible material can handle temperatures of up to 1300°C.
