Conveyor Belt Vent Seal
We designed and developed the Conveyor Belt Ventilation Seal®© to restrict the ventilation airflow in the conveyor belt level along the haulage over the belt.

Unit was designed with the following important factors in mind:
- Unit reduces conveyor belt ventilation flow by 90-95%.
- Belt seal unit made of steel in split sections, fitted with high-temperature, wear-resistant strips to restrict airflow while allowing ore handling.
- Air flow restricting banks can be added based on belt pressure.
- Additional Conveyor Belt Vent Seal®© box can be bolted to increase airflow resistance.
- Conveyor Belt Vent Seal unit fits around the belt in two bolted half sections (top and bottom).
- Unit includes 2 inspection doors on each side.
- Bottom section has slide gates for spillage removal.

Our engineering division can product highly customizable design ducting pipes, made for a various restrictive spaces.
Custom Corten T-piece for shaft pipes. Surface Fan Drifts, Self Closing Doors. Industrial fans, bifurcation, dampers or surface fans.
Large-scale bends can be made with different connection types on each end.
